At Rome Snowboards, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the best riding experience possible. If your new equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your box.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your unused gear in its original box, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
