How do I choose the right snowboard length?
Selecting the right length depends on your weight, height, and riding style. Generally, a board should reach between your chest and chin. Check our size chart on each product page for specific weight ranges and recommendations.
What is the warranty policy on Rome snowboards?
We stand behind our gear. All Rome snowboards come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase. Make sure to keep your proof of purchase for any claims.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard ground delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Can I return a board if I have already mounted bindings?
We only accept returns on products in brand new, unused condition with original packaging. Once bindings have been mounted, the board is considered used and is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International rates and duties are calculated at checkout. Please note that shipping times may vary significantly due to customs processing in your local region.
How should I maintain my board during the off-season?
We recommend applying a thick layer of storage wax (without scraping) to protect the base from drying out. Store your board in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and avoid damp environments like basements to prevent edge rust.
